7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. If you're not satisfied with ClarityCall for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your initial payment.

Eligibility for refunds

To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
  • This guarantee applies only to your first payment (monthly or annual subscription)
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds under this policy
  • Lifetime/one-time payment tiers are eligible for the 7-day guarantee

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

  1. Contact us at support@claritycall.app
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@claritycall.app.

When you cancel

  • Access continues: You will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds: Cancellations do not result in refunds for unused time in your billing period (except within the 7-day money-back guarantee period)
  • Automatic renewal stops: Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing period
  • Data retention: Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which they will be permanently deleted

Billing period examples

Monthly subscription:

  • Billing date: 15th of each month
  • Cancellation date: November 20th
  • Access continues until: December 15th (end of current billing period)
  • No charge for: December 15th renewal (auto-renewal is disabled)

Annual subscription:

  • Billing date: January 1st
  • Cancellation date: March 15th
  • Access continues until: January 1st of next year (end of annual period)
  • No refund for: Unused months (unless within 30-day guarantee period)

Lifetime/One-Time Purchases

For lifetime access or one-time payment tiers:

  • The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your purchase
  • After 7 days, lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Access is granted for the lifetime of the service (as long as ClarityCall operates)

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Refunds outside the 7-day guarantee period may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages significantly impacting your usage
  • As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund timelines:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval
  • Refund method: Issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing: May take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Founder Pricing & Special Offers

For users who purchase founder pricing or limited-time offers:

  • The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to all founder tier purchases
  • After the guarantee period, founder pricing locks in your rate permanently
  • If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will not be eligible for founder pricing rates (those spots may be sold out)
  • Reactivation of a previously cancelled founder subscription may not guarantee the original founder rate
